Bus services to Leamington, Warwick, Stratford etc. For car users Gaydon 10 mins. MOD Kineton 5 mins. For those needing fast access to Leamington/Warwick, we are 10 mins from J12 M40. Kineton and surrounding villages have a range of facilities including excellent pubs/restaurants/shops. There is free street parking nearby. Would suit someone cheerful and reliable. Fast WIFI is included. There is a sunny bathroom near the bedroom with excellent shower. Room is not huge but is comfortable with single bed, tv with freeview included, small wardrobe and pine chest of drawers. Duvet, pillows provided. Lodger supplies own linen. Only suited to someone who will travel home at the weekends. 7 days a week may be available in exceptional circumstances. Special rates apply.

Important booking details to help you plan your finances:

The month's deposit along with the first month's rent, needs to be bank transferred so it is my account 24 hours before your arrival time. Bills are payable in cash on a monthly basis. The deposit is refundable by bank transfer within 5 working days of departure minus deduction for any damages or loss. Bills are on a shared basis and calculated according to summer or winter(October-March)season.
Once you have made a definite booking either by phone or in writing, if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival you will be charged 10% of the rental for the period booked.

I do not offer a weekly payment contract.

A professional reference is required along with emergency phone numbers. Contract can be terminated with 2 weeks notice except in case of a major breach when contract would be ended immediately.
