Leamington Studio Flat

A very comfy top floor studio flat - of which I am looking for someone to transfer my tenancy to, as I am looking to move in elsewhere with my partner. This property is usually let as a student flat, but can be let to working professionals too (I'm doing that).

The flat has a kitchen separated by a door, which I like because it doesnt make the main room smell; same thing as the en-suite bathroom. It's fully furnished with desk, sofa, wardrobe, bed, etc.

The train station is literally 5 minutes walk away, and town centre is about 10.

Council tax band A. Bills arent included but they cost me about £80 a month and the letting agency do a package offer for students which includes everything.
