Urgently looking for a replacement for a spacious house in Leamington Spa. Your housemate is going to be a WBS graduate, currently working as Market Researcher in Leamington Spa. Hence, both students and professionals are welcome.
The house is 2-floored, quite spacious with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen + living room and a garden.
I am moving out of UK hence need to find a replacement ASAP. I have barely lived in the room (<1month of out 6) so everything is in great condition.
