We have a small double room to rent in a lovely flat in Leamington. It is in the ideal position for town, near Warwickshire College.
The flat has a large bright lounge and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. There is a huge communal garden for your use. We have a garage for extra storage.
We are 2 professionals, working in Leamington. We are pretty laid back, just like the flat to be kept in a reasonable state! Hoping to find a housemate who works hard but likes to be sociable in the house!
