The kitchen comes well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, fan oven, gas hob with extractor and a heated marble floor. The bathroom is fully tiled and comes with a nice bath and a great rain type shower.
There is also the use of a garage and a large garden.
