With lots of free parking available, the house is situated in a quite area, on a pedestrianised terrace street.

The house is 15 min walk from Leamington Spa train station or city centre. It is closely located to a Co-op and larger supermarkets such as Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi. All of them are within walking distance

The house is generally tidy with the current housemates getting along well. Scope for both a social individual or someone who likes their privacy. The pictures attached were taken recently.
