Looking for a professional/student/grad (ideally female) flatmate to replace recently moved out flatmate until the 18th August 2012.
Room is available immediately and rent will be £425 per month inclusive of all bills.
The room currently contains a set of drawers, hanging rail and a single bed but if you have a double bed then this will easily fit.
House is fully furnished and has a great open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. Kitchen has lovely modern fittings, contains gas hob/fan assisted oven, huge fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer unit. House also includes freeview HD TV and 20mb broadband.
The house has a garage, a nice little garden/patio/bbq and 1 shared upstairs bathroom. Driveway is free to whoever gets home first but loads of street parking is available too.
Current housemate is a female professional, works a 40 hour week and around most weekends. Looking for someone reasonably sociable and happy to share housework and the tv remote :)
