Hi. A unique large fully furnished double room with ensuite is available in our shared house on the Radford Road in Leamington Spa. We are approx 10min walk into the town centre and the train station.

The room is effectively the granny flat in the garden at the rear of the main house. This room would suite someone who values their privacy or wants a quiet space. The room is fully furnished, with access to the kitchen in the main house.

The room has proved popular as it has only ever had 5 tenants in over 20 yrs.

This is a friendly house and we are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and has common sense. The current housemate is moving out after 3 years due to job relocation.

All housemates are professionals.

The bills include gas, electric, council tax, water, BT broadband internet, SKY.

There is a cleaner who does a regular clean of the communal areas.
