Room in centrally located house in Leamington

Hi there,

The house is currently occupied by three young professionals but we are looking for two new housemates to move into our centrally located house on Clarendon Street in Leamington Spa. One housemate is moving out as of 16/17th June 2016 and the other is moving out on 19/20th August 2016. Both are unfortunately leaving the area (one to Coventry and the other to Canada!). Both are good sized rooms, currently with double beds, with one coming furnished if desired. The rooms also feature large south facing windows overlooking a small courtyard. The house is open plan, recently refurbished, with original beams on display on the ground floor and in each of the bedrooms. Both rooms are on the first floor, along with the third bedroom and the bathroom. Along the length of the house there is a substantial balcony that receives sunlight throughout the day, which is large enough for us all to sit outside and for BBQs when the weathers good. The house also benefits from being set back from the main road which means that it is extremely quiet. On street parking is available.

We are a sociable house and when we are all in will tend to spend time as a house in the sitting room or the balcony. Although we each have our own interests such as cycling, kyaking, climbing, films, theatre, and coffee we also try and arrange different things together. It would be great to find others who are also looking for something similar and so looking forward to hearing from anyone interested.
