Cozy flat 5min walk from town with MASSIVE garden!

Hi all,

My flatmate just moved back home and I am looking to find someone new to share good laughs, conversations and an occasional drink with! The flat has got everything but a dishwasher (working on that however!) and a television (I am happy without but if you need one, we can talk about it).

Another bonus is the HUGE garden which is currently supplying me with unlimited blackberries, rosemary and lavender. It's like a plush carpet out there and is perfect for grilling with friends or just laying out for a bit.

Your bedroom is not huge, but big enough, and has a fairly large closet. We also have a garage that acts as a storage space. It gets tons of sun in the mornings, and is cool in the evenings when the sun is streaming instead into the kitchen and the living/dining room.

A bit about me- I am an American who works for a development charity that is not far from Leamington and I am into cycling, rock climbing and walking. Looking forward to hearing from you!
