We have a large double bedroom available to rent in a 3 bedroom house from April 4th. The room is unfurnished, however, features three large wardrobe cupboards. The room shares a modern bathroom (inc. shower + bath) with one housemate.

The property has a living room and kitchen inc. a washing machine as well as a lovely garden with a patio. The rent is £415pm. This is excluding bills (gas/electric/water, internet, and TV) and council tax, which are roughly an extra £120pm when spread over the year.

The property is located 5mins walk away from the train station and 10mins walk from the centre of Leamington. Street parking is available outside the house.

The current housemates are both laid back and friendly professionals working in the Leamington area. The guys like to cook, and we have often had group meals or gone out with friends.

The room would be ideal for either a young professional or post graduate/Phd.
