Double Room In Central Basement Apartment

Room for rent in sociable basement flat in central Leamington Spa.

Room is 9ft by 9ft, so not exactly massive, however it does come furnished (and newly redecorated) with a 4ft double bed.
Flat has all the boring standard stuff, you know... sky, internet, playstation, washing machine, dishwasher blah blah blah.
There is a large open plan kitchen and living room, with officially the most comfortable sofa in the world. Seriously, too easy to fall asleep on that bad boy.

Flat is right in the centre of town, about 30secs walk from the cinema, 2 minutes from either of the two main parks, 3 mins from the parade, and most importantly, 3 mins from the nearest bar. Halakarnis kebab shop in on route home from smack, they do banging chicken kebabs, and it is down hill all the way back to the flat... perfect for stumbling home after a few sherbets.

About me, well i work at the Gaydon car site, along with pretty much the rest of the population of leamington. I am fairly chilled out and do enjoy the odd night out. Into skiing, music, cars, skiing, Hull City (no Leeds Utd fans allowed), skiing, Back to the future (all three - although the last one is my favourite) and skiing.

So who am i looking for, well, ideally someone pretty sociable. Im not talking 24/7 LADS LADS LADS, but someone who isnt going to hide in their room all the time. Anyone who has a second ps3 controller will be viewed favourably. I am happy to live with either a guy or a girl, however banter is essential. Girls with hot friends will also be viewed favourably.
