The Flatmate
I'm a 34 year old former professional, doing graduate studies at Warwick University.
I like music (e. g. BBC 6 Music), bikes, comedy (Chris Morris, Stewart Lee), languages, festivals, cooking. I'm a night owl and tend to shower at night so there's no bathroom queue in the morning.
About you:
It'd be good to live with someone humorous and respectful. Clean and very tidy are essential. There's no point denying it: I'm a massive clean-freak (or tidy-freak?) so need a flatmate who is similarly obsessed with kitchen cleanliness, otherwise it won't work.

Council Tax: Students (like myself) are exempt from council tax. Non-students get a single-person council tax discount on the bill for the property. (Council tax Band B.)
