My current housemate is moving out so I am looking for a new housemate to move in to a lovely double bedroom in my house in Lillington. The house is within 15 minutes walk to Parade and there is ample on street parking outside.
There is a large living room and kitchen, and massive garden for BBQs (though those are starting to seem a long way off again!). The room is furnished with bed, drawers and wardrobe.
I work in Birmingham and spend my weekends catching up with friends in Leamington and further afield so I am quite busy and in and out the house quite a lot. I am a looking for a friendly chilled housemate to share my lovely house with me.
