Single Bedroom and potentially a double Leamington

We have a single spare room and potentially a double bedroom, in our Leamington House share, located within a 10 minute walk to the town centre and 20 second walk to the bus stop.

The house is newly refurbished to a high standard with all new furniture and carpets. It has a 4 car driveway with a garage, garden and BBQ. It has a large lounge with a sofa, tv and dinning table. The kitchen has a brand new fridge, cooker and washing machine. Rent is exclusive of bills and reflects the good quality of the house and good location.

We're looking for someone who wants a 12 month contract and you would be sharing the house with 3 male Warwick Masters students. We're a friendly, sociable and hard working group. We're looking to fill the room by the 20th september(contract start date)
