I'm looking for someone to rent the spare rooms

The room comes with a double bed and there's a large built in wardrobe providing lots of storage.

The house is in a pleasant quiet location in North Leam, about 10 minutes walk from town. You'd have full access to the shared areas including kitchen (brand new), living room (with large TV), shared bathroom (with powerful rainfall style shower), and there's also a garden with decking area & gas BBQ, and a garage for bikes etc. There's plenty of on-street parking right outside the front door.

The ideal candidate would be a young professional into fitness/sports. You'd be sharing the house with me - I'd like someone clean and tidy who will treat the place with respect, but I'm looking for someone who can make it their home and be sociable too!
