Looking for someone to take over my lovely Room
Hello,
We are 3 friendly doctoral students sharing this lovely 4 bedroom house. As I am leaving for the other half of the year, I am looking for someone to take over the room. As we have a spare room, you can choose which one you prefer (they are all furnished). We also share a living room and a bathroom.
Property also has: gas central heating, double glazing, electric shower, washing machine and microwave, front and rear garden, on-street parking. Within 5 minutes walk of main Uni bus stop, town centre & railway station.
We are all in our late 20's and are studying for our phd at the university. We do not really have house-parties and would prefer someone quiet, respectful yet sociable. Can't be hard to find, right?
