Large Double Room, L/Spa, 10/15 minute walk 2 town

I have a room to rent in south leamington (Clapham Terrace) - Large double with built in wardrobes and lots of storage, can be either furnished or unfurnished. It's a mid-terrace one bathroom, with open plan kitchen/lounge area and courtyard garden - i renovated it about 6 years ago so it's quite modern. It's a 15 minute walk to the station or the town centre and there are bus routes on the radford road at the end of the street and its 5/10 minutes from the M40 by car. I've got BT infinity broadband as well.

There are 3 rooms and it'd be sharing with myself (Jamie, m, 31) and a girl called Beth (27, f) (not a couple!) and we're looking to interview potential housemates over the christmas period. Rent is £450 a month but that covers all bills (except any landline or on-demand bills you rack up!).

Don't mind a smoker but it will be smoking outside i'm afraid...
