This is a fair sized single room very close to The Parade, the house mates are lovely, and very good a fixing stuff which is great! They are all very considerate, and will be happy to show you round. I can't tell you exactly how much the bills are but I don't think they are that bad about £30 a months. The kitchen is a good size and there is a bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate WC and shower room, the living room is comfortable. This room can only be occupied by a student.
