I have a spare room as my flat mate is moving away. My flat is clean, bright and has modern furnishing.
The room is a furnished double bedroom with loads of wardrobe space.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Leamington town centre on a quiet road. There is off-road parking and plenty of storage/ garage space. All the furniture is new including the boiler.
I am looking for someone who is quite chilled out during the week due to quite long working hours. I do like to go out on some weekends but also happy to say in with film and wine.
