This is an en-suite double room in a big house shared among professionals. I've had to move out due to work commitments. So I'm looking for someone to take the room. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the rent.
The room is in a high quality, converted period Villa in a prime location of Leamington Spa with a two minute walk to the town centre and railway station. All rooms have en-suite showers and a toilet. This particular room has a big kitchen shared with only 2 others. The kitchen has ample storage space, hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dining table and a dishwasher. There is a patio as well and place to lock bikes if needed.
Flatmates are really friendly and sociable, and occasionally go out for drinks. If you can't reach me (due to my work travel), please contact Ellie or Belvoir letting agents who will show you the room.
