Viewings only on morning of Saturday 20th October. Flat available on Monday 22nd, pending deposit and rent payment over the weekend.

- an open plan kitchen and living room, with undercounter fridge freezer and built in oven, with sofa and TV unit in the living area
- bathroom with shower over bath
- coat cupboard/additional storage cupboard in hallway
- small double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Note that not all of the furniture (e. g. wardrobe) is shown in the photos and the sofa cover is also different.

The flat is double glazed with night storage heaters (EPC E).
It is on the 2nd floor of a converted vicarage. There is off-street parking within the grounds and a communal garden. There are two washing machines in the main building, shared with other occupiers, no additional cost.

Hitchman Road is a short walk to the Parade and close to the train station. There are a couple of local shops on the next street and it is accessible for Asda, Sainsburys, Lidl and Morrisons. Perfect for JLR employees at Gaydon.
