I am an existing tenant looking for a professional male or female to house share in leamington town centre. The house is on a lovely quiet street but just a 5 minute walk from town gives the best of both worlds.
The property comprises entrance hallway, newly fitted kitchen with appliances including fridge, freezer, oven and electric hob and washing machine, spacious lounge with access to the private patio garden. Upstairs the property has two double bedrooms, bathroom with white suite and loft access which is boarded and comes with a ladder. The property has been freshly painted and new carpets laid throughout. The property further benefits from gas central heating, double glazing and driveway for two cars.
The house is fully furnished with my own furniture and all white goods are provided by the landlord.
A real gem in a perfect location close to pubs, restaurants and shops.
The room is a very large double with plenty of storage, a double bed, desk and inbuilt triple wardrobe. Leaving you just clothes and personal items to bring along as everything else is provided.
I am hoping to meet someone clean, tidy and easygoing that I can socialise with as well as house share as I am new to the area.
