Must be seen. A furnished double room with wardrobe in a cottage on edge of Lighthorne village with a pub.
Suit a young a professional/post grad. Ideally with interest in the countryside etc.
It is my home, where i live with my well behaved dogs and cat.
It is a very welcoming house.

15mins from Banbury train, 10min drive from large town/supermarkets in Leamington spa and Warwick etc. 5 min drive or walking distance to JLR/Aston (20mins).
For those needing fast access to Leamington/Warwick, we are 5 mins from J12 M40. Kineton and surrounding villages have a range of facilities including excellent pubs/restaurants/shops. Bills included with exception to a cleaner whose costs are split between housemates.
