The house is in a small village called Lighthorne outside Leamington and Warwick. It's close to Gaydon and the M40 and approx. 6m from L/spa. I am a 34 year old teacher and currently live in the house with other lodger who work at JLR. Would suit JLR /Aston martin employees as v close but also close to Warwick and L/spa. It does help if you are a pet lover as I have one cat and a dog (both friendly)!!!
The room is on the third floor and spacious with double bed, bed settee and all other furniture. Full time available but Mon to Fri also an option.
