Jacuzzi En-Suite Double Room In Ideal Village

Looking preferably for a professional person to take occupancy of a double room with en-suite bathroom (including a jacuzzi/whirlpool bath). Currently there is a great dynamic in the house, with meal times often shared and sometimes a movie in the evenings, personal space is also respected. The house is in a rural village 10 mins from J2 M6 or 15 mins from J19 M1, close to Coventry, Leicester and 30 mins from Birmingham. The room is already furnished with Hammonds furniture and decorated to a nice standard. The village has 2 pub/restaurants but no immediate shop (although the local farm shop is less than a mile away with good food and a coffee shop). The rent includes all bills excluding phone calls. I have a dog and a cat, so someone who accepts pets would be advisable. There is 8meg wireless broadband available at no extra charge (subject to a fair use policy). I am a bit of a gadget fan so have plenty of mod-cons in the house which I am happy to share not least including a Sony projector enabling a brilliant home movie experience (also great for playing Xbox 360/PS3 games on). There is also Netflix and Sky OnDemand for movies and TV series. I would prefer for someone looking for long-term, but will not rule anybody out.
