The let also includes a small siting room adjacent to the bedroom which you can use. There is a small garden which is used for growing vegetable and herbs and has a patio for enjoying the sun.

The bathroom is shared however, there is a downstairs toilet which I will use most of the time so you will not be disturbed at night.

Shared kitchen, cupboard space provided for your use.

All other bills included. Wireless internet connection and landline telephone available for use (landline to landline use only, under BT free anytime terms).

Peaceful location, adjacent to fields and public footpaths.
Parking space if needed.

Three friendly cats reside at the property so must like animals.
