Share our peaceful family home. Really smart, large double, furnished, self contained light airy room with en suite facility. Off road parking. Lovely shared kitchen, dining and sitting room facilities. Attick room means that you can mingle with family as little or as much as you like, dependent on preference. WiFi and netflicks etc available. TV in room. Opposite park, 15 mins walk to GE hospital, 5 mins from Sainsbury's, GP, town centre and rail link. A little more may be payable for fuel but will establish that when meet all else included.
We are easy going looking for a professional reliable housemate. We will respect your privicy. All the best Pete. I have selected non smoking preference but would be fine if smoked outdoors.
