Double Room in Family House

The room is a large loft room in a 3 storey terrace family house. The room comes with a large built in wardrobe with shelves and a King sized bed.

A bit about the rest of the house- the house is very bright and gets a lot of natural light.
There is a bathroom situated on the first floor with a toilet and corner shower.
The communal living room on the ground floor is nicely sized and cosy and is home to a few of our pets.
The kitchen is also a decent size and has a washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
We have a big garden where you can smoke.

A bit about the area- the house is a 2 minutes walk to the town centre and a 10 minutes walk to the train and bus stations. There are local shops nearby with a lidl at the top of the road and plenty of takeaways.
There is also a laundrette at the top of the street if you would prefer to tumble dry your laundry as we don't have one.

What we want from you- we are looking for a respectful female professional. A work reference is essential.
We don't mind if you are a smoker but you are only allowed to smoke in the garden and kitchen. Strictly NO smoking in the room or anywhere else in the house.
No pets but you have to be okay with living in a house with 2 birds, a hamster and a turtle.
No DBS and no couples.
