Spare double bedroom available. I have an en-suite meaning the main bathroom would mostly be for who ever rented the spare room.. I’ve newly renovated the house with space on the drive for two cars, garage space for a bike if needed, internet, Netflix, tumble drier, patio and garden space and large lounge and kitchen diner.
Supermarkets for food shopping are 5mins drive. My house is in a quite residential area, close to walks in the fields, cycling in the countryside and only about 15-20mins walk to the town centre.
Im looking for a housemate that is clean, tidy, respectful of the house and space, easy to get on with and enjoys good conversations.
