1 double room available now for single occupancy.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, and rent (£330 pcm) includes all bills, including WiFi throughout. Bedding not included.

There is a nice garden and patio, the downstairs area is quite big and homely, with shared kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge and freezer), shared living room and dining room, and there is good wifi. There is a shower room downstairs, and a bathroom upstairs.

The house is in a nice area of Rugby, with easy access to the M6 and M1, and an easy walk to the town centre. Close by to the house is a pub, post office, chip shop and grocers a few minutes walk away, and a bus stop there if you need it too. The road is quiet, and has free parking at all times.

I'm looking for a friendly, non-smoking person to join the houseshare, who will respect the house and treat it like a home :)
