Rent 1 month in advance. I do ask that you are able to provide references from previous landlords, as I've worked hard to be able to afford this property and would like to ensure the person I'm sharing will respect it. Ladies only please.

I'm a young professional so i'm generally out from any where between 7:00am -9:00pm during the week depending on shift.

Like my own space at times but also more than happy to sit and have a chat of an evening, or just chilling out watching tele or a film.

I do have a small dog that lives with me, he is incredibly friendly and loves a fuss but is also quite happy for you to sit there and he'll just sit with you.
