The house is conveniently located 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre and the railway station, which has a fast and regular service to Birmingham 30 minutes and London 80 minutes.

Downstairs there is a lounge with leather sofas, a large television and DVD player. The Kitchen has two fridges, microwave, dishwasher and ample storage cupboards and a breakfast bar. The property has high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi broadband (cost included in rent). The garden has a patio area with table and chairs for barbecues etc when the British weather permits.

There is a convenience store 50 meters from the property for essentials which is open long hours and there are large supermarkets in towns short walk away

The car parking in the street outside is controlled by permits which cost approximately £20 per year.

The rooms are for single occupancy - occasional visitors can stop by mutual agreement with other tenants. The contract is for a minimum period of six months\
