Two minutes walk from the Snitterfield Arms pub and a few more minutes to the well stocked village shop. Nearest supermarket 5 mins drive.
Snitterfield is 5 mins drive from Stratford, 10 minutes from Warwick, 15 mins Leamington Spa, 20 mins to Gaydon and 30 mins Coventry/South Birmingham.
I'm self-employed and busy most evenings, so I am often not around due to work and hobby commitments. I'm relaxed and friendly when I am around.
My previous lodger stayed for 2 1/2 years. He worked at Aston Martin. The location is good for JLR, Aston Martin and also NFU Mutual, National Grid.
