The house is 5 minutes walk from town centre in a quiet hidden away courtyard. There is off road parking for 2-3 cars in the yard and also permit parking on the road.

In the main house there is a large sitting room, kitchen, hallway, 2 bedrooms & bathroom.

The Annexe is connected to the main house via a trellised walkway. It has a double bed, ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and a small kitchenette (sink, worktop, toaster, kettle & fridge)
