The house itself is a modern new build from 2007, a town house on a quiet courtyard and decorated in a contemporary fashion. Located in the village of Alveston just 2 miles outside Stratford, about 10 minutes drive from the M40.
Rent is £100 per week which includes all bills with the kitchen a shared space available to use. There is also a car space available.
