A double bedroom in an extremely well presented, beautiful, period conversion, top floor apartment. Easy access to both Stratford town centre and Welcombe Hills. I am a young professional who commutes to Birmingham during the week and enjoys various hobbies and visiting friends and family over the weekends. I am looking for a considerate, tidy, young professional who is fun and outgoing. Both work and previous tenancy references will be necessary. Extra utilities that are desired (SKY etc) will happily be considered. The room is available to view evenings during the week and some weekends... current house mate moving back to university having finished placement.
