Double room in Beautiful period property

A double bedroom in an extremely well presented, beautiful, period conversion, top floor apartment. Easy access to both Stratford town centre and Welcombe Hills. The kitchen and bathroom have been refitted and there is also a very spacious living room with views over Stratford. House has been recently redecorated with some original features lovingly restored. I am a young professional who commutes to Birmingham during the week and enjoys various hobbies and visiting friends and family over the weekends. I am looking for a considerate, tidy, young professional who is fun and outgoing. Both work and previous tenancy references will be necessary. Extra utilities that are desired (SKY etc) will happily be considered. The room is available to view evenings during the week and some weekends... current house mate moving back to university having finished placement.
