Spare double room in house full of character !!

Spare double room available in a lovely house with plenty of character!!
The house is situated on the centre of Stratford, very close to the train station and Morrison's.
The room is a small double room with a view over the patio at the back.
The kitchen is fully fitted (fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine, oven & grill, induction cooker top), but it's nice and cozy with a separate dining area - usually the living room :P The house also has a conservatory that we mainly use as 'laundry-drying area', but we have had small dinner parties in there too - and in summer, it's absolutely gorgeous! The conservatory opens up in the back alley of the house and the patio, which is perfect for a summer barbecue!
The living room is quite spacious with a 32" TV and a dvd player to use and abuse whenever you fancy :)
And last but not least, I have a 2 y. o. cat who's just a bundle of joy! He doesn't go into any bedrooms apart from mine (unless you let him in, of course), so you don't need to worry about cat hair all over your clothes!
I work in a hotel and the other housemate works in retail; we go out every now and then and we like meeting new and interesting people!! We're very easy-going, but also appreciate someone able to clean after themselves ;)
