We are just a 20 minutes walk from town centre and the railway station with quick access to countryside and the river. - Great for cyclists or walkers. We're on the Main bus route from Stratford to Evesham with regular half-hourly service during weekdays and there's easy road access to M5 west (half-hour) M40 (10 mins).

House is owned by my parents who are going away for a year and so house will be occupied and managed by me and my partner, Lewis, in their absence. We are very sociable and enjoy spending time in communal areas so potential house mates will be made to feel like part of the family.

We have one dog- an elderly greyhound called Amber and a hamster -called Nellie Belle. Due to the dogs age and breed our house may not be suitable for some pets, e. g cats, rabbits, or another dog. However, please contact us to discuss further if you have a small pet you want to bring with you.
