Double room available in Stratford-upon-Avon

Hello, I am renting a house in Stratford-upon-Avon and my current housemate is leaving, so I'm looking for someone to fill the room.
It's a double room and not furnished, so you'd need a bed/desk etc - there is a hanging rail, but other than that not much I'm afraid!
It's in a quiet part of town about 5/10 mins walk to the centre, no garden and parking is available by buying a permit.
I've worked out that it's around £500 a month (including bills), it does fluctuate, as I say I'm renting, not a landlord so I can't give a definite price for bills included but it has averaged at this over the year :) also, because of the tenancy agreement whoever shares with me would have to have joint responsibility with me and go on the contract.
The bathroom is shared, the kitchen is a good size, as is the living room.
I'm 22, training as a sports massage therapist and waitressing part time. Ideally I'm looking for a kind, considerate female who is prepared to help to keep the house clean with me!
