Hi there,
I've recently moved to Stratford-upon-Avon and have an unfurnished spare room in my flat.
The flat has all the usual amenities: broadband etc. Lounge has big TV with Netflix, now TV etc.
You'll also have your own bathroom with shower as I have an ensuite.
Rent is £500 everything included.
Big 24 hour Tesco across the road and an aldi 2 minutes away.
Myself, I am chilled out and enjoy nothing better then sitting around with a beer when I'm not working, which I do a lot.
