A whole floor all to yourself - Fully furnished double room with a private bathroom and your own private TV lounge.
The room is spacious with plenty cupboard space and equipped with blackout blinds. Extra bedding sets are provided for regular fresh bedding.
The bathroom has both bath and shower and is exclusively for your use.
Across from the room, a lounge area has be created with a couch and TV for your privacy. Kettle and small fridge provided in this room.

Off street parking, Garden, kitchen and ground level lounge area all available as communal facilities.

You will be sharing the house with Myself, a working professional and keen musician, and Buddy, a Labrador, who is very friendly, so must love dogs is non-negotiable, but he will also respectfully stay out of your room!

A Co Op within walking distance for convenience and bus routes into Leamington Spa and Warwick also close by.
For commuting - very close to the M40 and A46 and a 5min Uber/Bus to the Leamington Spa Railway station.
There is a lovely country park within easy walking distance which is nice for a relaxing walk.
