It's a friendly, attractive home and we want to keep it clean and tidy (we all do our share) - this is not your usual run down rental, it's our home! We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, reliable, sociable, friendly and easy going. We have had a number of professionals on work placements and are happy to consider any similar applicants. Minimum contract 6 months. No couples. No pets. N/S

We are 4 minutes drive from Leamington and Warwick town centres. The road is quiet, area safe and neighbourhood watch. The Grand Union Canal and River Avon are within a few minutes walk from the house with great walks or cycling into the country. 24hour Tesco and Costa Coffee 5 mins walk away. Also on all main bus services at the end of the road. Warwick and Leamington train stations a short walk away. Parking is on road, but unrestricted and safe. The road is not a thoroughfare as it is a cul-de-sac.
