Set alongside the canal, there are beautiful walks to enjoy both along the tow path and into Warwick.
There is a lovely friendly pub very close by which attracts canal users and walkers as well as locals to enjoy their real ales and home cooking.
There is a new CO-OP opened about 5 minutes walk away, open from 8-11 everyday which is very convenient.
I have lived in the apartment 2 years and never found parking to be a problem. My ideal flat mate would be someone who needs accommodation Monday to Friday or a professional requiring 7 days a week. I row at Warwick Boat Club in my spare time and work in Coventry so am out for the majority of the day and weekends.
