Clean and friendly housemate wanted

The Room

Hi, I'm Laura and I have a single room to rent in a three bed house in Bridge Street. The room is small but furnished with a bed and a built in wardrobe with room for me to add a chest of drawers and some shelves if you would like me to. The house is shared with myself and another girl, Stacey. We are both easy going and are equally comfortable with a guy or another girl moving in. The house has a large living room and a good sized kitchen/living area both of which you are welcome to use whenever. There is a good sized garden that is a nice suntrap and perfect for the all important BBQ's and the bathroom has a bath with a power shower over it. We have two guinea pigs and a dog who is very well behaved and cleaned/groomed regularly so no doggy smell or hairs everywhere! I will consider other pets depending on species! The rent is inclusive of utilities, council tax and broadband. Warwick and Leamington centres are about a 15 minute walk away. We are looking for a friendly person who wants a clean, relaxed houseshare and enjoys sharing a glass of wine/cup of tea on the odd evening!
