We have high speed Virgin Internet and TV. Currently all bills are typically in the region of £40 +/- £10 a month.

House benefits from large garden with attractive wooden decking area, outbuilding at bottom of the garden for storage, driveway parking for three cars (infront of house) - and plenty of parking on street once these are taken.

Located on a quiet road close to both pubs and take-aways on Emscote road as well as 3 minutes walk from the big Tesco's supermarket in Warwick. Easy access onto canal path and a 15/20 minute walk to both Leamington Spa and Warwick town centers.

There is a £240 fee for replacing the current tennant but this can be discussed further on viewing.
