I'm taking on a 2 bed house on the 9th January (both double rooms) with a large basement room. I'm offering one of the rooms furnished or furnished.
You would need to supply the landlord with a credit reference which is managed by an agency at a cost of £300 (I think)
I have a lovely Bedlington terrier
I get up at 6, leave for work at 7, and return at 4: 30. I'm a good cook and will look after the garden
I'm sociable but tend to go out to meet my friends
