We are looking to rent out the double room within my house on the Warwick Gates estate. It is conveniently located with JLR, NG, Volvo and Warwick University being a short journey away and is close to both Warwick and Leamington train stations. Also it has close links to the M40, M42, M6 and M1.

The room has got a double bed in it although the room itself is on the smaller side but it is worth a viewing to get a proper gage of the size. A wardrobe and chest of drawers will be provided but are not currently in there so won't show in the pictures.
