Double room available in amazing private house. Detached property in Leamington Spa, just outside of town, but on bus route. Garden, private driveway with off-road parking, private garage, amazing central heating, large kitchen, larder, spare rooms, lots of bathrooms; has to be seen to be believed!
The room is not ensuite, but next to the Bathroom, which is shared with one other person. The room is furnished with a double bed and cupboard/ dresser.
The room is available at the end of this month, but we will need references and a security deposit. We are a professional, friendly house who share the odd Friday night and Sunday lunch.
