Double room with shower amenities

We currently have a very spacious double room for rent with built in wardrobe. The room comes equipped with an en suit (sink and shower) and will be shared with two other tenants who are both professionals.

The house is 1.6 miles away from leamington spa (walk is 20 minutes, bus is 15) and has excellent shopping amenities 300 yards away and an asda store which is a 10 minute walk.

The house comes in with sky tv in the living room, broadband that's fully accessible throughout the house, a patio area out the back and large kitchen area.

The rent of the house is £300pcm and additional bills include council tax, broadband, gas and electric.

Really relaxed house so not too apprehensive when it comes to the gender, would prefer a professional however it's not a priority.

The room can be furnished if needed as there is a bed and a chest of draws alternatively it can be unfurnished depending on the preferred choice of the new tenant.
